• Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
• Pay the application fee.
• Provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
• Provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. 
• Provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant's combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. 
• Move-In Fee is not a security deposit and it is Non-Refundable

Allowed with restrictions. Must get approval. The limit is 2 pets. 

We allow pets at both our rental and RTO properties as long as they are not aggressive breeds. At Pennington Place Apartments, we allow one small dog or cat that is 30 pounds or less. 

1. Online through our tenant portal (ACH or via debit/credit card).
2. At CVS.
3. In-person via cashier's check.

Written notice must be delivered no later than 60 days prior to the end of the term.

Utilities are not typically included unless specified in the lease.
Tenants are responsible for electric, water, trash, and pest control.

24/7 Maintenance: You may use your tenant online portal or call the office at (405) 607-1311 for maintenance requests. 

The 1st of every month. 

Rent is considered late if not received by the 3rd and a late fee is assessed and added on the 4th.
